Working with Gretchen was great! As out-of-state movers who hadn't seen their house until the day of close, being able to have Gretchen take videos of the properties for us, provide honest feedback, facilitate the negotiation process, work with the inspector, etc was so helpful to us. She really went above and beyond and we got a great house in the process!

Gretchen was amazing. She came in and appraised the house appropriately, and we ended up with a great offer with 18hours of going on the market. Total professional, came in with a plan and followed through. She couldn't have been any easier to work with, super responsive. Nothing was either too small or too large for her to tackle with ease. Very supportive even post closing to help us wrap up the little things. Always replied either via text or email or phone within moments. A complete success overall. 6 Stars if there was an option!
